Shipping policy

1. Please note that any shipping time stated on our website or given by our customer service representative is an estimate only. Shipping services are not infallible. Please allow some extra time for unforeseen delays. We will make every effort to ensure you receive your package in time, but we are not responsible for shipping delays or lost packages, which can be affected by the shipping carrier, delivery destination, weather, holidays, or incorrect or incomplete shipping address information.

1. The primary shipping service to be used is United Parcel Services (UPS), and the estimated delivery time is based on estimates given by UPS.

2. Shipping rates are estimated, and Best DTF in Orange County will cover actual shipping costs up to 120% of the estimated shipping cost paid by the client when they order.

3. Should the actual shipping cost be more than 120% of the amount paid by the client, Best DTF in Orange County reserves the right to invoice the client for additional shipping fees or to give the client the option of changing to a more economical shipping option.  

4. Your tracking number will be provided to you by email once your item(s) have been shipped. Please allow a 1-3 business days for the shipping company to activate/update your tracking number. If you do not receive your tracking number within 3 business days, please contact us with your name, email, and order number.
